The agency was formed primarily to help meditation teachers, spiritual teachers, and anyone else raising their own — or interplanetary — vibrations. These professions tend not to be well paid, but are among the most valuable in society.
Whilst major corporations control the largest social networks, capable of swaying hearts and minds — not always in a favourable direction — it was felt there was a need to level the playing field. Those corporations have often forgotten their original mission statement, becoming slaves to shareholders. The Spiritual Agency was formed differently.
We are a Private Company Limited by Guarantee registered with Companies House in the United Kingdom. We have no shareholders, and as such hold an exemption from using a Limited or Ltd suffix. Our main concern is not profit, but the dissemination of knowledge — in particular, the world’s wisdom traditions.

Vikas Pandey founded The Spiritual Agency in 2021 with a singular conviction: that the teachers, healers, and wisdom-keepers who shape the world’s spiritual landscape deserve the same calibre of digital infrastructure as the world’s largest organisations.
With a background in medicine — a profession defined by vocation, service, and the pursuit of human flourishing — Vikas brought a distinctive perspective to the technology sector. He recognised that those who dedicate their lives to elevating human consciousness are chronically underserved by an industry that prizes scale over soul.
The Spiritual Agency was built as the answer: a not-for-profit with no shareholders, no advertisers, and no agenda beyond empowering the communities it serves.
